Ｑ：帰国前に学校側へ書類を頼みたいのですが、何か雛形はありますか。
Ａ：退学届を出すのに伴って様々な書類の発行を願い出る時には、後で困らないように、日本側の事情をふまえて、どのような書類が必要なのかを明確に説明しましょう。成績証明には、校長の署名が要り、学校の封筒に入れて厳封されている必要があります。また、在籍証明というものはイギリスにはありませんので、出席日数の入った証明書をもらってください。必要であれば推薦状（recommendation letter）も準備しておかれると良いでしょう。雛形を添えておきますので、適宜ご利用ください。帰国が決まったら、できるだけ速やかに、書面で退学の旨を伝えましょう。私立校やインター校などは、原則として一学期前に申し出ないと、次の学期の学費も払わなくてはなりませんので、ご注意ください。
